Iran Pressures Kuwait Due to Field Gas
This Sunday, January 01 of 2012, Iran will start a large scale project in the gas sea field of Arash in the Persian Gulf if Kuwait does not answers his development offer. The chief of the State Oil Company, Mahmoud Zirakchianzadeh added that Iran politics regarding the shared oil and gas fields are for the society.
Currently Iran is developing his part in the Oil field of Hengam, Zirachianzadeh stated that his country launched its operational activities for the development and production of Arash. However, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia have protested against Iran because of its gas exploration in a disputed field.
The three states haven’t reached an agreement. It is believed that the gas reserve has a billion of cubic feet’s along with some 310 million oil barrels. (AV)
