Jennifer Lopez confirmed for American Idol Season 13

Latin singer and actress, Jennifer Lopez, confirmed her return to the reality show, American Idol, with artists Harry Connick Jr. and Keith Urban.

Fox Network confirmed yesterday the participation of Connick Jr. and Lopez as judges of that program, which is on its 13th season. The television company also announced the return of former judge Randy Jackson, this time as internal mentor of the participants, while Ryan Seacrest will take the baton as host of the talent show.

Lopez will return to American Idol, having been a judge in the seasons of 2011 and 2012. While jazz musician, Connick Jr., have demonstrated their expertise as a mentor to the contestants in several episodes of Idol.
