A new complaint has been made against Jorge Glas Espinel, current candidate of Allianza Pais in the formula with the president, Rafael Correa. Research led by the opposition Assemblyman Galo Lara revealed that in 1999 and 2002, the candidate signed documents with the abbreviation Ing (engineer). However, Glas earned his university degree on September 22, 2008.
“What the President (Rafael Correa) will respond to the country, how is that his running partner has signed as an engineer without being one?” Said Lara. The documents are in watermark letters ‘SC’, corresponding to the Superintendence Company.
The writings where Glas signed as an engineer is when he accepted the appointment as CEO Transmidatos companies – Data transmission Cia. Ltd., Tesat SA, Raloin Instant Radiolocation C. Ltd. Both in 2002 and in 1999 where he signed to serve for five years.
“President Correa always spoke of the Meritocracy buy it was only another deception, the dedocracia is what has worked,” added Lara.
