American actor Josh Duhamel organized a charity run to raise funds for Japan. The transformers star told his fans and fellow actor friends to join him in the “relief run” along Santa Monica beach.
“If you’re like me, you’ve seen the pain and suffering going on in Japan right now, and really feel the need to help, to physically help – to actually Do Something. Well, we can!”, Duhamel wrote in his website.
Participants were asked to pay $10 to take part in the race. Duhamel organised a similar run to raise funds for Haiti following an earthquake last year.
