Judge dismisses lawsuit against Obama deportation plan

A federal judge dismissed on Tuesday December 23 the demand of the Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who wanted to stop the plan of President Barack Obama to protect nearly five million people from deportation.

The case presented by the police chief of Maricopa County, “raises important questions about the impact of illegal immigration in this country, but the questions posed that are not appropriate for the dirima justice widespread complaints,” wrote the judge in its decision via report.
