Judge orders preventive detention for Carlos Ochoa

Ecuadornews:

The national judge Marco Rodríguez ordered preventive detention against the ex-superintendent of communication of the correísmo, Carlos Ochoa.

In addition, the judge will request red diffusion to the interpol for the location and capture of Ochoa, who is out of the country.

Rodriguez has also ordered to dispose of his assets in the amount of USD 86,240.

The former superintendent is accused of the crime of falsification and use of false documents. (I)
