Lady Gaga Supports Japan
Posted On 16 Mar 2011
Lady Gaga took advantage of her Twitter popularity–she has more than 8 million followers)–to help Japan, the “Born This Way” singer designed a white and red silicone bracelet (colors of the Japanese flag) and asked her fans to buy it on her online store, Lady Gaga Store, to support the Japanese victims.
The bracelet has written “We Pray For Japan” in English and Japanese and a claw (Gaga’s identity logo) in red. It costs $ 5 and is currently available for pre-order since they will be on sale next March 25.
After the Mother Monster announced the creation of the bracelet, pre-sales raised $ 250,000 in the first 48 hours.
