Lenín Moreno declared that the state of emergency has been effective in controlling acts of violence in Ecuador

President Lenin Moreno informed from Guayaquil, on the night of this Thursday, October 3, that the outbreaks of violence caused by the stoppage of carriers have been controlled almost entirely.
