Argentinean striker Lionel Messi surpassed world soccer legend, Pele, and set a new record of 76 goals in one season.
With the two goals scored against Mallorca, dedicated to his newborn son Thiago, Leo Messi has beaten one of the major marks of the best player in history; Edson Arantes do Nascimiento “Pele.”
Now, Messi is looking to beat a new record: Gerd Muller, the German striker of Bayern Munich, who left a record of 85 goals.
