On Tuesday, Mexican band Mana introduced “Drama and light”, their latest album, in Madrid. According Fher Olvera, lead singer of the group, this album brings “stories of love, heartbreak, and dreams” and even a song that pretends to be an “anthem” to Latin America.
“It was a major effort, I had never worked so hard on the lyrics,” said Olvera in a press conference.
The song “Vuela libre paloma” is inspired in Fher’s mother, who died of cancer during the record production, this “gave the album a different direction.”
“Drama y Luz”, the first studio album by Mana since “Amar es combatir” (2006), includes twelve songs, and it will be on the shelves since April 12th.
