Manchester City Became the Champion of the Premier League

This morning, Manchester City became the Premier League champion for the first time in 44 years, after defeating Queens Park Rangers (QPR) with a final score of 3-2.

In the first half, the Argentine Pablo Zabaleta opened the score for City, but QPR went up with goals from the French player Djibril Cisse and the Scottish Jamie Mackie.

Almost ending the game, the Bosnian Edin Dzeko tied the game at the minute 90. But it was the Argentine Sergio ‘Kun’ Aguerowho sparked euphoria in the when, in the last three minutes of regulation time and added the ending score of the game, thus securing the victory and the championship for the City.
