According to the ranking of the 20 best songs of 2013, published by Billboard magazine, the singer Miley Cyrus leads the top of the list with her hit ‘We Can’t Stop’.

The ranking was conducted by three critics from the magazine, who considered that the 21 year-old  singer deserves to be recognized as the  interpreter of the most prominent song of the year.

“Perhaps the history books will remember the dancing and deployments of tongue, but ‘We Can not Stop’ was one of the boldest musical offerings of the last time, and the risk paid off handsomely,” says the magazine.

The second place was occupied by the song ‘Follow Your Arrow’ from country singer Kacey Musgraves, while third place went to one of the revelations of the year, Lorde, with the single ‘Royals.’ After she, was ‘Same Love’ by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. The fifth place went to Daft Punk with ‘Get Lucky’ .

Cyrus also took  the 13th spot in the ranking for ‘Wrecking Ball’ , the second single from her album Bangerz .
