Morales and Chávez Congratulated Correa

Evo Morales, Bolivia’s president, congratulated Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa, for his victory in the referendum held last Saturday.
“People won by far with their votes. (I want to congratulate President Rafael Correa on this initiative, to his Government, the Ecuadorian people who democratically express the importance of a thorough reform,” he said.
“That’s called obeying people’s rule,” said the president who sympathizes with the XXI century socialism.
Venezuelan President, Hugo Chávez also congratulated Correa. “Awesome, great victory of the Ecuadorian people and their leader, Bolivariano and Alfarista Brother Rafael Correa! We continue conquering!,” he said.
