Moreno Met with Fidel Castro

The Cuban leader, Fidel Castro compromised to support Ecuador on the new National Program of Disability Prevention that would begin on March. Informed the Vice presidency of the country.

Vice president Lenin Moreno had a meeting with Fidel Castro in La Habana, to discuss the future cooperation with the Government of the island regarding the new program.

Moreno explained Castro the importance of the plan, the detection of sight and hearing problems, the discovery of error in the metabolism, and the prevention and localization of physical disabilities on children that are in the womb.
