Fernando Cordero, calls for Lourdes Tiban’s statements on the Signature Purchase case
The National Assembly President, Fernando Cordero, announced that the institution has requested the prosecution to call for statements of Assemblywoman from Pachakutik, Lourdes Tiban, on the signature purchase case.
“Lourdes Tiban has made an enormous contribution to the movement because she claims to know which are the companies, that she knows all the details, that they charged her $ 1.60 for each signature,” said Cordero.
Tiban, said she was willing to make a judicial confession as long as President Rafael Correa reveals the names of the companies that collected signatures for several other movements. (MZ)
