Negotiations with Korea continue

Ecuador will continue with the negotiations of the Strategic Economic Cooperation Agreement with South Korea. The announcement was made by the Minister of Foreign Trade, Pablo Campana, during his visit to that country last week.
Campana is on an international tour to promote the Government’s investment catalog.
He spoke with Parliamentarian Young-sun Park, who reiterated the invitation for Korean President Moon Jae-In to come to Ecuador next year to meet the 29 investment projects valued at $ 33,000 million.
In a television interview, Campana spoke of the Pacific Refinery as an important work for the country and Latin America, awakening the interest of companies from Russia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, China and the United States. The Minister ends his activities in South Korea today and will then move to Japan. (I)
