New amendments on communication and lands laws come into discussion

After having identified the need for amendments in twelve articles of the constitution, the Alianza PAIS (AP) block does not exclude the possibility of reforming other articles related to communication and land laws.

Among the posible new amendments are: The communication as a public service and the regulation of the capital gain of the land, in order to not answer to the speculative processes, both topics mentioned by President Rafael Correa.

These amendments will be submitted to the Legislative Council of Administration (CAL for its Spanish acronym).

Congresswoman XimenaPonce (AP) said they are currently working on these texts and until last night proposals of the colleagues were shared.
