Nicolas Lapentti Will Not Play Anymore

Ecuadorian Tennis player Nicolas Lapentti announced his retirement as a professional player due to the injuries he has been suffering during the last month.  This has diminished his performance in national and international competitions.

“I’m leaving the tennis with the calmness of having given everything and I do not have any regrets. Thanks to the press for their support, especially to Kenny Castro,” added Lapentti.

Lapentti promised a farewell match as soon as he recovers from an injury, however he did not knew against whom would he play. The Ecuadorian player assured that he would work on projects regarding the future of Tennis in the country. Nicolas Lapentti made the announcement in the presence of all his family.
