Campaign for a Decent Work Started Today

Today the Ecuadorian Ministry of Labor Relations began the campaign “Trabajo Digno” (Decent work) which objective is to communicate the rights and obligations of employers and employees.
The campaign will last six months and will include commercials and random visits by inspectors from the Social Security Institute (IESS) to verify compliance of labor obligations by the companies.
The president of the Ecuadorian Industry Federation Chambers, Xavier Durán, described as positive the initiative of the Ministry. He assured that the business sector accomplishes the legal standards for their employees.
