Organizations request that the trial against Carlos Ochoa is not filed

The Public Prosecutor issued a ruling on the complaint against Carlos Ochoa, head of the Superintendence of Information and Communication (Supercom).

He had been singled out for alleged forgery and misuse of public documents. According to the institution, no indications were found that could establish criminal liability against Ochoa.

The pronouncement was sent to the National Court of Justice and the Supercom reported that it “fully” accepts it. In a press release, the Superintendency said that “with this, the institutional management is ratified within the limits imposed by the Supreme Standard” and legality. (I)
