Yesterday night, Ecuadorian soccer team (La TRI) was defeated by the Paraguayan team in Defenders of El Chaco Stadium (Asuncion).

In the first half, both teams proved to be evenly matched on offense and defense, with the possibility of scoring on several occasions.

Early in the second half, the home side opened the scoring with a shot from Christian Riveros. Despite several attempts by La Tri the goal never came. Ten minutes after the first conquest came, Dario Leon scoreed the second goal for Paraguay in the reset time Joao Rojas pulled with a header

With this victory, Paraguay occupies the 4th place with 4 points in the standings, while Ecuador is in possision 6 with 3 points.
