So far, around USD 715 508 in electronic money have been transacted; but of this amount, USD 33 035 have been recharges of clients and only USD 14 744, payments.

Most of the amount, USD 645 669, corresponds to money charged by macroagents; ie authorized businesses to make recharges, discharges and charges to electronic customers like Mi Comisariato supermarket chains and Tia stores.

But small businesses have joined this system as Xavier Valverde in Guayaquil, who has a jewelry store, but indicates that customers have not yet intending to pay with electronic money.
