Delgado acknowledged that he delivered a worthless college degree 22 years ago to Incae.

“Now I’m paying the price,” said while apologizing to his wife, government and citizenship. “I made a mistake. I made a decision that was a foul that cost me dearly today. I delivered a document without a title value that did not hold any value. I kept this a secret,”he said.

During the Saturdays broadcast from November 24, the Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa defended his cousin and reaffirmed its support to today who led the board of the Central Bank.

“Now it turns out he does not have an economist title and that in order to be president of the Central Bank an economist title is needed. Everything is a lie.
