Petroecuador posted a bid to buy 3.12 million barrels of premium diesel. These would be received from 1 to 3 October. The firm will receive proposals until September 15.
The state company ordered 13 shipments (with 240,000 barrels each) of premium diesel with a maximum of 50 parts per million of sulfur.
