The Minister of Industry and Productivity, Eva García, reported that the trade agreement with the European Union (EU) has allowed the increase of exports of Ecuadorian products to that continent.
In the conversation ‘Relations European Union-Latin America’, in Quito, Garcia said that between 2016 and 2017 exports of goods in Ecuador grew 12% and reached $ 3,000 million.
The main commercial partners are Spain, Italy and Germany. In these destinations, agroindustrial products stand out, such as tuna, coffee, juices and fruit preserves. (I)
