President Correa made “Apology of crime” as denounced by Martha Roldós

Former Assemblywoman Martha Roldos spoke about the publication of her hacked emails in the newspaper El Telegrafo in January 2014 and other public media. According to Roldos, justice is being denied to her by delaying her case. The Prosecutor´s office processed the case 15 months later.

“It is only an offense to hack, but publish it, and those who did it were the government media,” she says, “and President Correa congratulated them in the weekly address. That means that in a smoothly way and covered by the COIP, he made an apology of the crime on January 11.”
