Prosecutor raids Terrabienes building for investigations

Prosecutor Walter Suárez raided this Thursday, February 26 the administrative building of the Terrabienes real estate company in the north of Guayaquil, as part of the research process by the approximate 150 complaints received in the Guayas Prosecutor´s office for the alleged crime of fraud.

“I proceeded to raid the property to remove from the servers and computerized accounting system the assets and liabilities and especially to meet the investments that have been made in the projects,” said Suárez.

He also added that he will request the appointment of an expert auditor to analyze the situation of the company and a technical inspection will take placeon March 3, in the place where the lands are, at km 1.6 of the Terminal Pascuales route.
