PUCE Confirmed that Pedro Delgado Did Not Finished his Superior Studies

Pedro Delgado
The Pontificia Universidad Catolica of Ecuador (PUCE for its Spanish acronym) confirmed that the certificate of Pedro Delgado Campana, president of the Central Bank of Ecuador, has not concluded his studies in the academic entity, this is totally verified. Meaning that he has not graduated or obtained the title that belong to level three.
This contradicts the declarations given by the Ecuadorian president Rafael Correa Delgado, who defended his cousin and assured last Saturday that Delgado did ended his studies in the Catholic University of Ecuador.
The General Secretary of PUCE confirmed that the certification delivered on August 23 to the assemblymen Enrique Herreria, was the only thing they could deliver in honour to the truth. Such certification, signed by Santiago Jaramillo, general secretary of that university, pointed out that Delgado registered in the Economics Faculty in the second semester of the year 1983-1984 and remained there until the first semester of 1990-1991.
Jaramillo added, “The student has not finished his career, and has not obtained his academic title in this university.”
