Carlos Quipo and Pongprayoon Kaeo

This afternoon, Ecuadorian boxer Carlos Quipo was eliminated in the second round of the 49 kg division of the London 2012 Olympic Games, after facing the world number three, Thai Kaeo Pongprayoon.

Pongprayoon ended the first round surpassed by 1-2. In the second episode the Ecuadorian reacted, but it was not enough to break the blows of Thai which beat him by 2-3.

In the third assault, Quipo came out determined to beat his rival, but the Ecuadorian was found unguarded to hit and accumulate points.
