The approval of the president would have dropped 19 points during 2015, as its credibility according to a study conducted by the Cedatos firm.
Additionally, 60 percent of respondents consider that the situation of the country is going badly.
The data are part of a national sample of 2,122 households in both urban and rural areas in 23 cities on the coast, the highlands and the Amazon.
The study reveals a drop in the approval of President Rafael Correa, which stood in December at 41 percent, compared to the 60% recorded in January.
