Posted On 27 Jul 2011
After months of checking out lots of showbiz people, “Vogue” magazine in Italy chose american singer Rihanna, 23, as the most influential woman of the year.
The singer was named “Woman of the Year” because of her provocative sensuality, beating her Gaga rival.
“Her career has always been based on the astute use of ‘sensuality and provocation’ in addition to her role supporting a joint campaign to fight breast cancer and non-discrimination of women and their willingness to help people in need or sick, which emphasizes independence and energy, making the singer “a role model.”
