Santos confirm spying to his personal email
Juan Manuel Santos, President of Colombia, said that in order to harm his campaign, strangers are filtering more than 1,000 messages from his personal e-mail account and some members of his family.
Santos said that he asked for an investigation and the appropriate sanction for the responsible. This happens close the presidential elections this May 25th, in which he is seeking the re-election.
Last Saturday, the press revealed that emails of the President, related to a possible art sellings business that finally did not materialized, and about the money to pay the tuit ion of his daughter, María Antonia Santos, would have been illegally intercepted by strangers.
