Seven of Luluncoto obtained habeas corpus

Yesterday, at 13:30, a hearing was convened to discuss the petition of habeas corpus filed by the defense of so-called “10 of Luluncoto“, in which the seven men who were arrested last March in the Luluncoto sector, south of Quito, accused of terrorism and subversion by the government, regained their freedom today.

However, the three women accused of the same offenses, will remain imprisoned at El Inca.
