Syrian Commercial Capital Under Attack

Deadly blasts occurred in the Syrian commercial capital, Aleppo. State media reports informed that two explosions were registered during Friday morning, the attack is being blamed on “armed terrorist gangs.” In the meantime Homs is filled with tanks with unclear destination.
Broadcasts report that 28 people were killed and more than 200 was wounded, including soldiers and civilians. In Aleppo the number of casualties due to two car bombs reached 28 dead and 235 injured.
Outside the buildings of the commercial city the pavement is filled with bloodied corpses and severed limbs. Arif al-Hammoud, a commander of the Free Syrian Army, stated that opposition rebels carried out an attack, but were not responsible for the bombings. (AV)
