Ecuadornews:
The residence where former President Rafael Correa will live in Belgium is uncertain. Although he owns an apartment in Ottignies-Lovain-La-Neuve, last Wednesday he hinted that he would not live there.
In an interview with Ecuador TV, Correa reported that he, his wife, and his son did not fit into that “small studio,” so they would rent “a house.” He did not advance if he would rent in Leuven-La-Neuve or in Namur, where his in-laws reside.
He did not specify whether he would live with his family in the apartment upon their arrival until finding a house. Correa’s apartment is 62 square meters and had a cost of 217,000 euros. (I)
