Posted On 27 Mar 2012
The Minister of Education, Gloria Vidal, decided this morning delaying the start of classes in the schools from the cost of Ecuador.
The target date was April 2, but due to complications from strong rainy season was postponed for Monday 16. The measure applies to public and charter institutions.
The decision was made after several evaluations of the National Risk Management (SNGR) and the Emergency Operations Committee (COE) of the different cantons. The provinces with more problems because of the winter are Guayas, El Oro, and Manabi. (FL)
