The United Kingdom underwater by 2100

Slovak Designer Martín Vargic in his work reflected a United Kingdom with a level increase of the sea by 100 meters by the end of the century. This impressive map circulating endlessly on social networks, especially on Twitter, since two weeks.
The United Kingdom is taken everywhere by sea, to such an extent that it is divided into multiple Islands. The cities of London, Dublin, Liverpool, Oxford, are no longer. It seems that Birmingham and Belfast become the capitals of England and Ireland.
The review of this map and its impact was taken by Audrey Garric, in her blog on the website of Le Monde. According to Garric, is a rather unlikely scenario, since the last report of September of the Intergovernmental Panel on climate change (IPCC), rises 0.98 meters of average height from the sea level in the most pessimistic assumptions.
Adding that the Met Office, the national weather service of Great Britain, mentions also an increase of between 13 and 76 cm to 2095. A more extreme scenario, 0, 93-1, 90 meters.
