Three fugitives from the CDP of Quito surrender voluntarily

Justice Minister Jose Serrano, revealed yesterday that thanks to the publication of photographs of the fugitives who escaped, on Sunday December 15, from the Provisional Detention Centre (CDP) in Quito, has made that three of them surrender to the police.
Luis Armando Q. who was in the CDP for the alleged crime of aggravated robbery surrendered to the police station of Esmeraldas and was taken into custody. Shortly after Carlos Cristopher V. Along with his mother went to the Quito Criminal unit and stated to the police that he was one of 56 inmates who escaped.
The third fugitive surrendered last Wednesday night in Quito, the authorities chose not to reveal his identity because it could provide important information regarding the prison break.
