Barcelona and Emelec hire new players

The defender of Esmeraldas Jorge Guagua Tamayo, will playe for Emelec again until 2015. Guagua played for the blue team back in 2007, now he will play the next two seasons. There were rumors that the Esmeraldas player had signed as a reinforcement for El Nacional, but the player rectified those comments.

Barcelona also signed the Argentinean striker Federico Nieto, who had been one of the requests of the new coach of the yellow team, the Argentinean Carlos Ischia.

Through his Twitter account the president of Barcelona Sporting Club, Antonio Noboa confirmed the hiring of Argentine “Federico Nieto is the new hiring Barcelona for 2014.”
