Tourism and agriculture, in the sight of Italian businessmen
Ecuadornews:

The analysis that will be carried out by the National Assembly Inspection Commission on the publication of the La Fuente portal, regarding the “Offshore Labyrinth of the presidential circle”, will not necessarily imply calling the President of the Republic, Lenin Moreno, because no evidence has been appoints the first president.
Daniel Mendoza, a member of the commission of oversight by AP-Allies, said that he expects the Commission to unravel the “conjectures that the La Fuente portal has presented”, and that they will demand assemblyman Ronny Aleaga (from the group calling themselves Citizen’s Revolution) the evidence that in his judgment would involve the Head of State.
The chairwoman of the oversight commission, María José Carrión, said that the analysis of the portal’s documentation will determine the names of those who should appear before the commission, and clarified that this will not be an audit, but an analysis; and if there is evidence for an examination of the chief executive, the constitutional steps must be observed.
Aleaga said that it is necessary to accelerate the investigation and that he will ask to call Moreno and other authorities. That will present the same tests that delivered in the plenary.
Meanwhile, Assemblywoman Amapola Naranjo (RC) again presented the investigation request against the president of the National Assembly, Elizabeth Cabezas (AP), for “boycotting” the investigation into alleged corruption that would involve President Moreno, for the INA case Papers.
The Legislative Administration Council (CAL) did not give way to a first request from Naranjo, noting that requirements such as the presentation in the same document of the affidavit of the complaint were not met. (I)
