Venezuelan Court rejects release request for Leopoldo López

Room Three of the Caracas Court of Appeals, dismissed the appeal filed by the defense of the Venezuelan opposition leader, Leopoldo López, in which they request a judgment for release and cancellation of his detention.
Also, it was decided that Lopez will continue imprisoned in the Ramo Verde military prison.
The information provided by the Supreme Court through a press release indicates that the resolution was adopted on Thursday by Magistrates Angelica Rivero, Luis Diaz and Alejandro Laplace Chirimelli, before the legal deadline expire.
The opposition leader is accused of four crimes, result of the protests against the government of Nicolas Maduro.
