Vice President Jorge Glas chooses to remain in jail

Vice-President without functions Jorge Glas preferred to wait in jail for the preparatory hearing of the trial for the alleged crime of unlawful association in the Odebrecht case, to be held Monday in Court.
In that process, Glas hopes that Attorney General Carlos Baca does not accuse him or Judge Miguel Jurado dismisses the alleged crime to which he was linked on August 29. His uncle Ricardo Rivera is one of the 18 people investigated.
Yesterday, Glas desisted to continue with the request for substitution of the sentence dictated by Judge Miguel Jurado, who revoked the exit of the country prohibition. (I)
