Vietnam detects the plane disappeared from Malaysia Airlines

The aircraft, a Boeing 777-200, had departed from Kuala Lumpur last Friday with scheduled flight to Beijing
The Malaysia Airlines plane that disappeared last Saturday with 239 people on board, was detected at the south of the Ca Mau province, in the southernmost region of the country, according to Vietnamese authorities in a report quoted by the local press agency Efe.
“Malaysia Airlines is working with the authorities who have started up the search and rescue operation to locate the device,” the airline said in an official statement.
The aircraft, a Boeing 777-200, had departed from Kuala Lumpur last Friday with scheduled flight to Beijing and had a total of 227 passengers (including 2 children) and 12 crew members.
