Web portals will access electoral advertising
Ecuadornews:

Against the clock, the National Electoral Council should regulate the inclusion of digital media that are legally registered in state institutions, so that they can access electoral advertising to promote candidates seeking a popular sectional dignity and members of the Council of Citizen Participation and Social Control (CPC) in the elections of this March 24.
There are 24 days to conclude the campaign, and the Contentious Electoral Tribunal decided on Monday to partially accept an appeal lodged by the portal Ecuadorinmediato, against a resolution of the National Electoral Council in which 104 means are qualified to access the promotion.
“It corresponds to us immediately to give the possibility of candidates to register” in the portals, said the head of the National Electoral Council, Diana Atamaint.
Yesterday, it was also presented to the Transparency Commission of the Computer System, composed of five professors and computer experts: Enrique Mafla, Carlos Larrea, Edgar Sánchez, Jorge Calderón and Fernando Balarezo. (I)
