Yasuní-ITT will be Promoted in Brazil
A short film about the Yasuní-ITT will be presented at the Rio +20 Summit (Rio deJaneiro, Brazil) scheduled for next June. The aim is to promote the conservation of the park that promotes the country.
Michael Tobias, U.S. filmmaker and champion of environmental causes last week visited the Yasuni National Park in the Amazon. He said this presentation will have no special effects and recognizes that the magic of Yasuní will do this work on its own.
The project will include resort experience in Napo Wildlife Center (NWC), directed by the Anangu Quichua community.
Tobias recognizes the ecological importance to the world that Yasuní has, for that reason he showed interest with this project that started about 5 months ago which involved more than 100 people working. (PLS)
