Mireya Levi

Ecuadorian singer Levi Mireya, 63, passed away yesterday afternoon due to cardiac arrest.

Throughout her career, Levi was positioned as a music ambassador of Ecuador, having won two victories in the Latin American Festival of Song in Miami and Puerto Rico. She also participated in other events such as the Latin American Festival of Song and Bolero festivals in Cartagena and Cuba.

Mireya Levi Bello was recognized in countries like Chile, Colombia, Spain, United States, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, and Argentina, where in 1996 she received an honorary diploma of merit, awarded by the Royal Academy Universal, Buenos Aires.
