17 committees agree on salary increases for 2015

17 of the 22 sectoral committees agreed on salary increases for 2015.

11 of the sectoral tables reached unanimity in agreements. In six commissions the rise was defined by a consensus of the Conades, while the remaining five, that did not reach an agreement, it was determined that the rise, which will be known later this year, would be made based on technical studies by the Ministry of Labor Relations, which are ready.

The wages increase percentage of all commissions is made on the basic salary.

On Friday, a meeting at 09:00 is planned to discuss the issue of creation of the mobile operators branch and the determination of salary setting, as reflected in October´s record.

Next week the Conades expects to begin the discussion of the unified basic salary for 2015. The consultant PWC, based on the average of the previous hikes, considers that the basic salary will reach between 365 and 370 USD.
