21 commissions are officially formed in Quito

The members of the Quito Metropolitan Council yesterday ratified the integration of the 21 commissions, according to the Commission Board.

Even though the commissions were formed last week, the 11 representatives of the Alianza PAÍS (AP) movement struggled for that decision to be analyzed in the plenary of the Council.

Alianza PAÍS has 11 presidencies, nine are for the SUMA-VIVE alliance and one for CREO. According to a communiqué of the Municipality, of the 73 workspaces in the commissions, 38 will be for the alliance and four will be occupied by CREO representatives.
