Assembly Discusses Superior Education Law´s Veto

The Assembly website suddenly announced the meeting at 15:30 on Monday in order to discusse  the Superior Education Law, which lawmakers will vote on 108 observations in 200 articles.
The creation of the National Secretary for Superior Education, Science, Technology and Innovation is the main objection of the university Union, which is making to a call to reject it on Tuesday.
The Secretary Institution according President´s veto, will coordinate actions between the Executive Branch and institutions from university education system. Will be led by National Secretary chosen for President.
The Federation University Students of Ecuador (FEUE) criticized the change of date for the treatment of veto. “As usual political movement PAIS doesn´t accountable to the people instead of that they are convened to discuss the veto” said a statement issued on Monday.
