Water Cuts Due to Interagua Maintenance

Interagua is still undergoing maintenance, surveys and interconnections are being held, for this reason water services will be suspended today in various southern, central, and north zones of Guayaquil.

The suspension of water service in Libertad II, Villa Rosario S.A., Coviem and Sopeña, located in the south of the city, will be from 09:00 to 17:00; neighborhoods Plan Techo, Estero Popular and Esteros II, will not have water either.

The cuts will extend in downtown areas such as those between the limits of the streets El Oro, Francisco Segura, 6 de marzo and av. 25 de julio, from 10:00 to 18:00.

In addition, service will be suspended from 09:00 to 15:00 in the area between Bolivia, Santa Isabel, Aurelio Uraga Guillen and Luis Fernando Vivero streets.

The maintenance work, that Interagua helds in the north of the main port will interrupt the supply of water for 6 hours in Volundad de Dios and Paz y Amor cooperatives, as well as in Unión Cívica precooperative.

El Paraíso and La Cogra (North) will also suffer cuts from 09:00 to 17:00. Bellavista, a citadle located at the north of the port, will have no service from 09:00 to 18:00 (9 hours).
